Remote Support

Remote Repairs are primarily used to make simple repairs that don't require our staff to visit your location. These types of repairs are done by installing a small program on your computer to allows us connectivity to your computer.

This type of connectivity is done and only accessible with your permission. You will receive an ID number and Password, that only you have. Once you obtain the ID and Password, you will in turn give it to your Tech and they will connect and repair you problem.
